

Hart A. Kaminker was called to Bar of the Province of
Ontario in 1992 after graduating from the University of
Toronto Law School. Since 1992 his practice has focused
on matters relating to Citizenship and Immigration.
Hart A. Kaminker's office represents clients before
Canada's Immigration Tribunals and Federal Court.
He has successfully represented clients before the
Immigration Division, the Immigration Appeal Division
and the Refugee Protection Division. His efforts have
resulted in obtaining status for clients and preventing
deportations. Through his representation before
Canada's Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal he has overturned unfavourable decisions made by Canadian Immigration Authorities based both in Canada and Visa Posts overseas.
Hart A. Kaminker's office has also successfully processed numerous applications for permanent residence in the skilled worker and business categories. He has given seminars on immigration in many parts of the world including South Africa, India, Pakistan and China. The office also processes applications for work and student permits for Canada.
